Information Collection and Use
You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, every time you access a page from this Site, we collect certain information from your computer about your visit. This information is used in summary format to identify items such as the date, time, origin and nature of requests, specific pages accessed, and the type of browser and computer operating system being used. Summary reports are only available to selected 2 Iron staff who have a need for the information, in an effort to help us understand overall trends of site users and to implement changes that will make our site more useful to visitors.
If you use our Services by becoming a Member or a Participating Golf Facility (collectively “User or Users”), you must provide us with certain information to create an account, such as: name, email address, telephone number, country, and password. Like other passwords, you should choose one that is known only by you. You acknowledge that this information is personal to you, and by creating an account you authorize us to identify you. We may use your email address and telephone number to contact you, without further consent, for administrative communications. If you believe you are receiving our communications in error or no longer wish to receive them, please notify us at admin@2irongolf.mediapeopleintl.com for appropriate action.
We may use and disclose your information if we believe, in good faith, that it is appropriate or necessary: to take precautions against liability; to protect 2 Iron from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Site; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of 2 Iron, our Users, or others.
